Raj Mahal

Raj Mahal sounds like an extraterrestrial swarm of bees punching on with a drum-line composed entirely of self-indulgent robot celebrities who haven't learned how to walk yet. His influences are Freddie Gibbs, Kid Cudi, Bones, Machine Girl and that tv show The Gilmore Girls. -------

Recently, he's played shows with Nerve, Triple One and long-time partners Savour The Rations, plus support slots for Wiley, YG & smokepurpp. He released a string of singles, including 'What Da Deal' and 'What U Need', and featured on Triple One's successful track 'Jitter' late last year, followed by headline shows in Sydney & Newcastle, and a slew of media attention, most notably Triple J, BBC1 Radio and MTV.

Raj Mahal is riding into 2019 on a tidal wave of new music, so keep your eyes peeled for this juggernaut of Australian Rap and dial your expectations down to zero, because they will not be met - and you will be happier for it.
